Welcome to Source
Source and Source Cafés are part of the University of Bristol. We are here to provide you with a choice of great quality, tasty and nutritious food and drink that does not cost the Earth.
We run and supply the cafés on campus and have just opened a great new Source Café in the Hiatt Baker Hall servicing the Stoke Bishop area.

Environmentally sustainable practices are at the heart of everything we do. This means that we aim to source the majority of our food locally, reducing food miles while supporting local businesses that we know are in tune with our sustainable approach.
Our coffee and cocoa products are fair trade, we go organic where we can and we operate a waste minimisation and recycling programme to reduce our carbon footprint.
In addition to reducing negative effects on the environment, our sustainable approach gives us greater control which, in turn, means that we can provide our customers with better quality, nutritious, tastier food and drink.
What we do, we do for you. We know this sounds corny but it's true - so get involved and help us to make you happy. Look out for the feedback forms available at all our outlets and tell us what you think.

Introducing The Source Eco Van
Check out our mean green recycled machine. As part of our ongoing commitment to the environment we've recycled an old delivery van and given it a new lease of life. In addition to the eye catching new colour and graphics we've converted it to run on carbon neutral bio diesel made from our recycled cooking.
New café opens at Stokes Bishop
Hiatt Baker hosts the brand new Source Café. We've been exceptionally busy over the summer creating a fantastic new space for socialising, working or just grabbing a quick coffee and a pastry on your way to campus.
In addition to the usual fantastic fresh food we also offer pizza cooked to order - eat in or takeaway - free wifi, food essentials shopping and a host of other new products. Why not stop by and see this fantastic new café for yourself.
New loyalty cards now available at all outlets
Ask a member of staff at the till for a loyalty card and get every ninth hot drink on us.
Otis Spunkmeyer cookies baked on site daily
Source are now providing Otis Spunkmeyer cookies baked fresh every morning.
Parents can now order food over the phone
We now offer a fantastic new service at Stoke Bishop. Parents can order and pay for food over the phone which can be collected from the Source Café at Hiatt Baker.
This service is available to all but is particularly convenient for students based at: Badock, Churchill, Durdham, Hiatt Baker, University Hall, Wills.
